Since it was founded in 1897, Pianfetti Constructeur has been working for the cheese industry. Originally, the family business designed, built and installed traditional cheese making installations (known as a “fruitière”) and supplied all the copper pans. It won several awards at agricultural shows in the early twentieth century.
